Head Chef: Marc Wilson On Board M/Y Meamina since May 2017. Hometown: Salisbury, England. Marc has been on Meamina for almost four years. Having  been a Chef for over twenty years working in both the UK and Australia, his experience has ranged from fine dining in London to remote catering in The Outback.  Marc has developed his cooking to include healthy fresh organic food and specializes in special dietary requirements such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and raw.  Marc is a family man who likes to keep fit and enjoys football, fishing, music, along with recently taking up photography.
