Lewis is 29 years old from the UK, and has worked as a professional Chef for over 9 years.  He specializes in Pastry and Desserts and has worked in many top restaurants and venues in the UK, but loves the idea of working on a yacht.  He has family members that are in the yachting industry already, which encouraged him to recently make the move from land to sea.  In his spare time, he loves to travel as much of the World as he can and has been lucky enough to visit some amazing countries, which has helped to inspire him with food ideas throughout his Chefing career.
